DDC VC emphasises significance of collective efforts for realizing vision @2047

KATHUA, December 13: In an impactful and inspiring event held at Panchayat Kishanpur Kandi in Block Barnoti, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra witnessed the active participation of key officials, including DC Kathua Rakesh Minhas and DDC Vice Chairperson Raghunandan Singh.

The event, which unfolded as part of the Block Diwas Proceedings, provided a platform to the community to voice their concerns and needs, many of which were promptly addressed on the spot.

 The event, marked by enthusiasm and community engagement, showcased the commitment of local authorities to the principles of good governance and responsive administration. The departmental stalls were put up to facilitate direct interaction between the public and government officials, fostering a sense of transparency and efficiency.

The Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Van, known as the Viksit Bharat Rath, played a crucial role in disseminating valuable information and offering on-the-spot services to the attendees. 

DC Kathua Rakesh Minhas highlighted the importance of such initiatives in bridging the gap between the administration and the public. He emphasized the need for active citizen participation in the development process and applauded the community’s proactive approach in expressing their grievances and demands during the Block Diwas Proceedings. 

DDC Vice Chairperson Raghunandan Singh, addressing the gathering, urged the public to seize the opportunities presented by the ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra. He emphasized the significance of collective efforts in realizing the vision of a developed India by 2047. He encouraged citizens to actively engage with the various programs and services made available, fostering an environment conducive to progress and prosperity.

The immediate redressal of grievances, coupled with the establishment of departmental stalls and the IEC Van, underscored the administration’s dedication to facilitating direct communication channels and delivering prompt services to the community.
