Reasi Campus, Jammu University , organized Essay and Poster Making Event on the theme “Ideas of Viksit Bharat@2047: Voice of Youth”

Reasi, December 24: Reasi Campus, University of Jammu, has organized “Essay Writing and Poster Making event” on the theme “Ideas of Viksit Bharat @2047: Voices of Youth,” creating a platform for young minds to express their thoughts and perspectives on the future of an evolved India by the year 2047. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students of MDP Sociology 1st and 3rd Semester, showcasing their creativity, critical thinking, and passion for contributing to the vision of a developed India.

The initiative aimed to provide a space for the youth to articulate their ideas, aspirations, and solutions for building a progressive and inclusive Bharat by the year 2047.The participants delved into a wide array of essay topics, addressing social, economic, environmental, and technological aspects of a future India. The Posters making by the students explored innovative ideas for sustainable development, social harmony, technological advancements, and inclusive growth. Simultaneously, the poster presentations visually depicted the participants’ visions, employing art and design to communicate powerful messages.

The event not only encouraged participants to think critically about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead but also fostered a sense of responsibility and ownership among the youth for shaping the future of the nation.

Faculty of Reasi Campus expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response and the quality of submissions received. The enthusiasm and creativity displayed by our students have been truly inspiring. This event not only showcased their intellectual prowess but also highlighted their commitment to contributing meaningfully to the development of our nation.

Pertinent to mention that all students of the Reasi campus have already registered on the Viksit Bharat@2047 portal on MyGov to share their views. The essay writing event was organized under the mentorship of Dr. Nisha Sharma and Dr. Ravi Kumar while poster making event was mentored by Mr. Manoj Kumar and Mr. Pankaj.
