National Youth Day: Anantnag hosts MyBharat-ViksitBharat@2047 – ‘By the Youth, For the Youth’ Conclave
ANANTNAG, JANUARY 12: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, SF Hamid today attended the MyBharat-ViksitBharat@2047- ‘By the Youth for the Youth’ Conclave on National Youth Day hosted at Ravijee Memorial Higher Secondary School Khanabal Anantnag.
The event marks a significant stride towards empowering the youth and aligns with the broader theme of ‘MyBharat-ViksitBharat@2047’ – ‘By the Youth, For the Youth’.
On the occasion, the live message of Hon’ble Prime Minister was played through the IEC Vans of VBSY. The Viksit Bharat Sampark Yatra (VBSY) exemplifies the commitment to youth development and progress. As the VBSY continues in District Anantnag, it resonates with the spirit of national unity and showcases the cultural richness of our diverse heritage.
SF Hamid, in his inaugural address, emphasized the vital role of the youth in realizing the vision of a developed and empowered Bharat.
Addressing the gathering, DC emphasized the Prime Minister’s vision behind VBSY, which focuses on widespread awareness, reaching the unreached, facilitating the utilization of government welfare schemes, and Saturation of Schemes. The yatra has played a pivotal role in fostering development, promoting engagement with government schemes, and achieving saturation under citizen-centric programs.
DC also administered the “Hamara Sankalp Viksit Bharat” pledge to officials, PRI members, students, and citizens.
Cultural programs and quizzes were presented by local school students to sensitize the population about the objectives of VBSY.
