BJP holds 1st meeting of State Election Committee

JAMMU, January 23: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, under the leadership of its President Ravinder Raina, held 1st meeting of the State Election Committee at the party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar on Tuesday.

It was attended by Cluster Incharge Lok Sabha election Dr. Nirmal Singh and Incharges and Co-Incharges of different departments constituted for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Ravinder Raina, while addressing the meeting, said that the 2024 Lok Sabha elections are a challenge for the BJP as the party has to maintain victory on the seats already won in last elections and increase the tally by winning other seats. He said that the role of every department is very important for achieving the desired success. He said that the BJP leaders assigned different responsibilities for the Lok Sabha elections have to devote more time to contribute in the BJP’s electoral success with a thumping majority.

Dr. Nirmal Singh spoke on the working of each department and stressed upon the party leaders to prepare themselves fully to discharge their duties more effectively. He also focused on better coordination among different departments of the party which have been constituted recently.

BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul shared the details of the departments constituted for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and said that the past experience of party leaders will obviously bring better results in the polls.

 J&K BJP General Secretary Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal who conducted the proceedings of the meeting, said that the responsibility of a resounding victory lies on the dedicated efforts of this team.
