Ashwani holds grievance camp at BJP headquarter

JAMMU, January 27: Former MLA Ashwani Sharma accompanied by Incharge BJP Health & Medical Cell Puneet Mahajan listened to the public grievances at party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

Various people individually and in the form of deputations had reached the party office with their day-to- day problems and sought the help of the BJP leaders in mitigating the same.

Ashwani Sharma, speaking on the occasion, said that the public-centric welfare policies and good governance provided by Prime Minister Narendra Modi have been instrumental in winning the hearts of people from every region and every religion. He said that with the dedicated work to meet the needs of the people, the party has gained the appreciation and support of the masses as well as prominent social and political leaders, which speaks of the wider acceptability of the development policies of the BJP. He added that the party has proved its commitment to solve the issues faced by the public through various ways, which have been instrumental in making their lives easier.

Puneet Mahajan, who conducted the camp proceedings, said that the maximum issues presented by the visiting people and deputations were resolved on the spot, while the remaining issues were communicated in written correspondence to the concerned officials of various departments for their early disposal.

People and deputations from Gandoo Chawni, Ramban, Sanjay Nagar, Bishnah, Banihal, Srinagar, Shopian, Nowgam, Muthi, Kathua, Nikki Taqwi, Bhatindi, Shakti Nagar, Rehari Colony, Mendhar presented the issues like construction of roads, construction of multipurpose hall cum library at Suhanjana, ownership right of agricultural land gifted by Maharaja Pratap Singh, west Pakistan refugees land ownership issues at Kathua, construction of lane/ drain near Shiv temple Laswara, installation of electric poles Chak Keshav Kheri, installation of transformer at Malik Market, renewal of Ayushman card, construction of protection wall near Eidgah at Kherkoot, land issue at Pargwal, issue of leftover border villages from reservation benefits.
