Sopore Police apprehends peddler; recovers contraband substance

BARAMULLA, 28 Jan: Launching a heavy crackdown on the drug menace, Sopore Police apprehended a drug peddler namely Tanveer Ahmed Bhat resident of Mahrajpora Sopore.

As per prima-facie, contraband substance was recovered from his possession.

A case under the relevant section of law stands registered and further investigation has been taken up.
