Chander Mohan Gupta holds public darbar at BJP headquarters
J&K BJP vice-president & former mayor JMC Chander Mohan Gupta along with BJP secretary Vikas Choudhary and convenor Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Dil Bahadur Singh Jamwal holds public darbar at BJP headquarters, Trikuta Nagar Jammu in which larger number of people had come with their demands and grievances from different areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
Chander Mohan Gupta, while speaking on the sidelines of Darbar, said that the people are filled with enthusiasm after the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who allocated a massive amount of 32000 crore to lay the foundation, dedication, and inauguration of different schemes for the development of infrastructure in Jammu and Kashmir.
He further said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have high hopes from Prime Minister Narendra Modi who took the historical decision of abrogating Article 370 as it was a hurdle in its progress and development. He insisted that the Jammu & Kashmir has witnessed unprecedented progress and public satisfaction after the abrogation of controversial articles. He also said that it was after the abrogation of 370 that deprived sections got their rights and justice has been served to the neglected and oppressed sections.
Vikas Choudhary, speaking on the occasion, said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have made it absolutely clear that there will be massive support in favour of BJP in the coming parliamentary elections as the nationalist party is wholeheartedly working for all the sections of society on the lines of “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Pryas”.
Dil Bahadur Singh Jamwal, while sharing the details on the present darbar, said that the majority of people, in the form of deputations, had come with their demands and grievances with high hopes that their issues would be listened to and resolved on priority.
Deputations from various areas like Khag, Drungali Budgam, Lalpura Budgam, Hiranagar, Akhnoor, Rajouri, Karan Nagar, Chattha, Gandhi Nagar, etc. presented the issues like repair/ construction of lanes/drains, transporters’’ issue, sheep & Husbandry department issue, flood control department, Ayushman card, scarcity of drinking water etc.
