Jammu February 26th : Provincial President Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, Jammu Province Mr. Rattan Lal Gupta has nominated Mr. Sakhi Mohd DDC Member Gool as District President Scheduled Tribe Cell Gool-Arnas JKNC with immediate effect.
