Former DGP Sabharwal visits J&K Police HQ, shares insights with DGP Swain

In a significant exchange of experience and expertise, former Director General of Police (DGP) M.N. Sabharwal visited the Police Headquarters in Jammu on Wednesday, engaging in an interactive session with the incumbent DGP of Jammu and Kashmir, R.R. Swain.
