PM Modi greets CISF on its Raising Day

New Delhi, Mar 10 (PTI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday lauded the Central Industrial Security Force on its raising day, saying their dedication and vigilance in protecting the nation’s critical infrastructure are unparalleled.

One of the central armed police forces in India, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) was set up in 1969 and is tasked with the security of vital government and industrial buildings.

“Wishing the Central Industrial Security Force a proud and glorious Raising Day! Their dedication and vigilance in protecting the nation’s critical infrastructure are unparalleled,” Modi said on X.

“Their professionalism and excellence have set a great benchmark in the world of security,” he said.
