While the road is now operational, a single lane closure and slippery conditions near Dalwas, Ramban are causing slow movement and requiring traffic management.
Authorities advise drivers to exercise caution and follow lane discipline. Overtaking on the narrow stretch could lead to congestion.
The latest traffic update comes from the Jammu and Kashmir Traffic Police Headquarters. They recommend travelers, especially those with LMVs, to plan their journeys during daylight hours to avoid potential hazards associated with nighttime travel on the highway.
