Delhi: 21-year-old boy shot at Laxmi Nagar area, accused nabbed
New Delhi [India], May 24 (ANI): A 21-year-old boy sustained an injury after a bullet hit him in the leg in the Kishan Kunj area of Laxmi Nagar in the capital city of New Delhi, on May 21.
The injured person was identified as Bilal, who is a resident of Murtiwali Gali in the Kishan Kunj area of Laxmi Nagar.
One of the three accused Danish has been nabbed by the police from the Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh along with the two looted mobile phones from his possession.
After receiving the PCR call around 11 pm on May 21, the police team immediately rushed to the spot. The injured was taken to the Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Hospital for treatment and is now in stable condition.
Police have registered a complaint against the accusers and further investigation is carried underway.
Further inquiry by the police revealed the reason behind the whole incident. A woman named Seema, a resident of Meerut had an altercation with her husband Danish, upon which she returned to her paternal home at Kishan Kunj in Laxmi Nagar. Despite her husband’s requests, she refused to return to his home.

Reportedly, Seema was a second wife to Danish and they had two children, namely, Ahad Ali (7 years old) and Saad Ali (3 years old).
On May 21 night, when Seema had gone to a clinic for her treatment, Danish with three or four other individuals, forcibly entered the house took his son Saad from Rahat Parveen’s lap and slapped her. When Rahat Parveen attempted to record the incident, Danish snatched her phone.
Subsequently, all the individuals involved swiftly left the premises, with Rahat Parveen chasing them and calling for help. During the commotion, Danish instructed his friend Javed to shoot Rahat Parveen while Rahat Parveen managed to escape, but one of the bullets struck an onlooker named Bilal. The accused left the spot in a car.
