Police arrest two drug peddlers in Jammu, recovers heroin
In a win against the drug menace, the Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) arrested two drug peddlers in the Jammu district. The arrests were made during a routine patrol near the 4th Tawi Bridge as part of the ongoing Operation Sanjeevani.

Police recovered approximately 7-8 grams of heroin (Chitta) from the possession of the arrested peddlers.
A case (FIR No. 82/2024) has been registered against the peddlers, and further investigation is underway.
