Crackdown on illegal mining: 2 vehicles seized by police in Jammu East
In a bid to curb illegal mining activities, the Jammu and Kashmir Police seized two tipper trucks in the city’s eastern zone, specifically in the Rangoora area.
The seized vehicles, identified by registration numbers JK02CW-3254 and JK02CH-1796, were found to be carrying illegally mined sand. The authorities confirmed that the tippers lacked the necessary permits for such transportation.
