Will contest in all Assembly constituencies of J&K when elections are held: Vivek Bali
KULGAM, June 15: The General Secretary of Janata Dal (United) J&K, Vivek Bali, on Saturday said they will contest in all the Assembly constituencies of Jammu and Kashmir when elections are held.
Speaking to reporters during a convention at Gundipora Kulgam, he said, “Our government (NDA) has come to the Centre. JD(U) was active in J&K but was not able to reach out to people. Now, we have started a door-to-door campaign, and we will contest in all Assembly constituencies of J&K.”
On being asked about unemployment in J&K, he said, “As you are aware, our party president Nitish Kumar, along with J&K president GM Shaheen, has passed a resolution regarding unemployment, drug addiction, and the adjustment of youth. In the future, the Union Territory will see significant development.”
The General Secretary of Janata Dal (United) J&K was accompanied by Dilawar Singh, Chairman Sikh community of JDU J&K, and Bashir Ahmad, the newly elected Provincial President of District Kulgam.
