3-days Induction Training Program for newly appointed Panchayat Secretaries concludes in Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, JULY 09: A three-day induction training program for newly appointed Panchayat Secretaries was successfully conducted in Kishtwar under the close supervision and guidance of Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kishtwar Phulail Singh.


A total of 32 trainees (Panchayat Secretaries) attended the training programme.


The program aimed to equip the new secretaries with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage their responsibilities within the local governance framework.


BDO Inderwal Hitesh Loona, BDO Kishtwar, Sanjeev Kotwal and AAO, ACD Office Mohammad Fareed Shah conducted the sessions, offering valuable insights and practical advice to the participants.


The training sessions included modules on various important ongoing schemes of the Rural Development Department, such as PMAY-G, SBM, and NREGA. Additionally, the program provided a detailed insight of the Capex, PRI Sector, BDC Sector, and DDC Sector.


During the closing ceremony, ACD encouraged them to apply their skills in serving their respective communities. The participants expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to learn and grow in their roles.
