Progress under Developmental Deliverables reviewed in District Kishtwar

ADDC exhorts stakeholder departments to provide best services to public

KISHTWAR, FEBRUARY 14: Additional District Development Commissioner, Kishtwar Sham Lal, today chaired a review meeting in the Conference Hall of New DC Office Complex to review the status of Developmental Deliverables in the district and passed necessary directions to the concerned officers.

The meeting was attended by Joint Director Planning Mohammad Iqbal, SDM Paddar Dr Rishi Sharma, DFO Kishtwar Sagar Singh, GM DIC Mohammad Ashraf, DTO Kishtwar Lokesh Kumar, ACD Kishtwar Atul Dutt Sharma DPO Kishtwar Sunil Bhutyal, CMO, CAHO, EXEN REW, District and sectoral Officers besides BDOs.

Reviewing the achievements under the Capex Budget, the ADDC   asked the concerned officers and BDOs to mobilise men and machinery to complete all 2274 works proposed under the Capex Budget by the end of February, 2023. He asked the departments to submit the list of 100% completed works to his office by tomorrow.

Besides, all the concerned officers were directed to expedite the uploading of the data on BEAMS of works completed during 2021-22 & ongoing works. Meanwhile, he also reviewed the progress in the formulation of District Capex 2023-24 and asked the officers to ensure that the plan was formulated in stipulated time as per guidelines.

Discussions were also held regarding supplementary plan formulation for CAPEX of 2022-23 so that funds saved can be put to use well within time and the works are tendered out immediately.

While reviewing the progress under the Panchayat Development Index, he stressed upon all the Nodal officers to upload the data for Rollout Aspirational Panchayat Development Programme (APDP) on Google Sheet.

The ADDC also reviewed the implementation of “Pradhan Mantri Adi Adarsh Gram Yojana (PMAGY)” and exhorted the officers to ensure that the village Development Plan is prepared as per the guidelines to mitigate the gaps and the requirements of the basic infrastructures in the designated tribal villages. He stressed upon the Forest and RDD departments to improve the status under various Deliverables which have low performances.
