Camps held at Rajouri for providing ration cards to E-shram registrants

RAJOURI, JULY 26: On the directions of Labour Commissioner, J&K, Charandeep Singh and Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Om Prakash Bhagat Bhagat, the department of Labour and FCS&CA Rajouri organised registration camps for leftout e-shram Card holders who do not have ration- cards yet.


The camps were organised continuously at different locations viz. Kotranka, Manjakote, Nowshera, Bakori, Thanamandi and at different offices of Tehsil Supply officers (TSO’s). The Camps wqere organised under the Supervision of the Pradyot Gupta, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Rajouri and Rohit Kumar, Assistant Director FS&CA, Rajouri.


Assistant Labour Commissioner, Rajouri while speaking in the awareness Camp held at Rajouri said that massive outreach camps are being organised to reach out leftout e-shram card holders who are without ration cards in the district. The focus of the drives were Lobour chowks/ labour markets and other labour dominated areas.


He appealed to the e-shram card holders to get them enrolled in food and civil supplies department at the earliest in order to avail various govt. Schemes. They further urged to include their names in ration cards subject to eligibility. Further, left out e-shram beneficiaries are requested to approach nearest Tehsil Supply offices and ensure proper inclusion in Ration Cards.
