Additional Secretary, Revenue Department, J&K presents his maiden book to Chief Secretary

SRINAGAR, AUGUST 01: The Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo was today presented with a book authored by Vishal Sharma, Additional Secretary, Revenue Department, J&K Government. The title of the book is “Wild Lilies in the Backyard”.

Chief Secretary congratulated the author and complimented him on his contribution to the literary world.
