Govt College of Education organizes painting competition, “Struggle for Freedom”

SRINAGAR, AUGUST 01: In view of the celebration of Independence Day, the Department of Art and NSS, Government College of Education (GCOE), M. A. Road, Srinagar organised a painting competition under the theme of “Struggle for Freedom” in the Fine Arts Lab of the College.

The event was inaugurated by the Principal GCOE, Professor Dr Seema Naz who also highlighted the importance of the event on the occasion.

Scores of the students of the college took part in the competition and draw paintings on the said theme which will be displayed under the supervision of Arshad Sualeh and Professor Altaf Bukhari.

The winner shall be awarded on the occasion 15 August-the Independence Day.
