DC Rajouri reviews progress under ABDP

RAJOURI, AUGUST 01: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Om Prakash Bhagat today convened a meeting to review the progress made by block khawas under the Aspirational Block Development Programme. ABDP is an initiative aimed at improving the performance of areas that are lagging on various parameters of development.


The Deputy Commissioner thoroughly reviewed the progress made in the identified areas that required improvement in the given 40 indicators. The review included six key performance indicators that cover Health & Nutrition, Social Development, Agriculture and allied services. The DC emphasized for achieving 100% saturation in respect of the six KPIs by the target date of 30 September, 2024.


He directed the concerned departments to take necessary steps to improve the indicators and achieve the targets. He also directed the concerned officers to achieve 100 percent saturation of individual beneficiary schemes besides covering the other welfare schemes of different departments in the Aspirational Block which are required to be saturated by ending March 25 without failure.


The meeting was attended by GM DIC, Fareed Kohli; CPO, Maqsood Ahmed; ACP, Sheraz Chowhan; DPO, Mohammad Nawaz Choudhary; CMO, Dr Manohar Rana; CAHO, Dr Khalid Hussain; EXEN Jal Shakti Rajouri, Ashwini Sharma, BDO Khawas, AB Fellow and other officers from different line departments.
