GDC Dharmari organized Swachhta Drive & National Anthem Singing Competition

REASI, AUGUST 03: National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Government Degree College, Dharmari organized Swachhta Drive in which the NSS volunteers of the college under the supervision of NSS Program Officer, Prof. Ajay Kumar cleaned a part of the campus and spread the message to keep our surroundings clean and green.

While speaking on the occasion, NSS Program Officer appraised the volunteers about the importance of these drives in the development of personality of the volunteers
The second activity of the day was singing of National Anthem Competition as a part of activity calendar to celebrate 77th Independence Day in which four different teams of the college had participated.

A team comprising Bipasha Thakur, Serit Mehroz, Simran Arra, Sonia Thakur, Shabnam Akhter, Dilshad Akhter, Sharifa Banoo, Deeshu Devi, Kavita Devi and Musabra Ashiq stood first in the competition and got selected for the district level event which will be organized by Government General Zorawar Singh Memorial Degree College, Reasi on 10th of August.

During the occasion, Principal of the college Dr. Mohd Muzamail Hussain motivated the students to participate in the NSS activities to play our role in the national building.

The whole Program was organized under the direction of Director Colleges, Higher Education Department Dr. Sheikh Ajaz Bashir and guidance of the College Principal Dr. Mohd Muzamail Hussain. The program was coodinated and supervised by NSS Program Officer Prof. Ajay Kumar. All other staff members of the college were also present during the function.
