SANKALP HEW, Mission Shakti Bandipora conducts Gender Sensitization programme

BANDIPORA, AUGUST 09: The SANKALP HEW Mission Shakti, under the Department of Social Welfare, Bandipora, held a gender sensitization programme at Wave Institute Bandipora.

This initiative aimed to advance women’s empowerment and gender equality by engaging both staff and trainees participating in the PMKVY programme.

The programme focused on the significance of gender sensitization, self-employment benefits, and the components of Mission Shakti.

It also provided information on various financial assistance and social security schemes available to support women in their entrepreneurial pursuits.

This program represents a key effort to integrate gender equality objectives into skill development initiatives.
