JKEDI hosts sensitization workshop for government officials at Jammu

JAMMU, AUGUST 10: Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute today conducted a sensitization workshop under J&K Startup Policy 2024-27 for the officials of various line departments of district Jammu here at JKEDI District Centre.


The workshop was attended by officers and officials of Skill Development Department, ITI Jammu, Social Welfare Department, Government College for Women Gandhi Nagar, Cooperative Department, Employment Department, Handicrafts and Handloom Department, Horticulture Department, One Stop Centre (Social Welfare Department), G.G.M. Science College Jammu, Agriculture Department, Mission Shakti (Social Welfare Department), Fisheries Department, among others.


The workshop was aimed at enhancing government officials’ understanding of the JK Startup Policy 2024-27 including the benefits under Startup JK and Startup India schemes.


The workshop concluded with a question and answer session followed by a comprehensive discussion about the newly launched J&K Startup Policy 2024-27.


The workshop was coordinated by Rajesh Kotwal, District Nodal Officer, JKEDI Jammu, Nauty Pandoh, Administrative Assistant, Monika Salaria, Office Associate and Humaira Bashir, Coordinator.
