Senior J&K Apni Party Leader Zafar Iqbal Manhas resigns, likely to join Congress

J&K August 20: Zafar Iqbal Manhas, Senior Vice President of the Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party, has resigned from his basic membership just ahead of the Assembly elections. Manhas is expected to join the Congress party
