DEO Udhampur inspects strong room, DCRC & counting centre

UDHAMPUR, AUGUST 20: District Election Officer Udhampur, Saloni Rai, today visited the Government College for Women Udhampur to inspect the arrangements for the designated DCRC, counting center and strong room, in preparation for the upcoming General Assembly Elections 2024.

ADDC Rajinder Singh, ACR Dr Umesh Shan, ACD Dr Ranjeet Singh Kotwal and other officers were accompanying the DEO.

The DEO said that the primary objective of the visit was to ensure that all arrangements for the electoral process are seamless and efficient.

During the inspection, the DEO meticulously reviewed the facilities and arrangements being set up at both the counting center and the strong room. The DEO instructed the concerned officers to ensure that all necessary arrangements are completed well in advance.
