DEO Poonch conducts first Randomization of Polling Staff

POONCH, AUGUST 30: The District Election Authorities Poonch conducted the first randomization of polling staff today as part of the ongoing preparations for the upcoming elections. This step ensures the impartiality and transparency of the electoral process by assigning polling staff to different locations in a random manner.


The randomization process was overseen by the District Election Officer Poonch, Vikas Kundal, ADC, Tahir Mustafa Malik, Deputy DEO Saleem Ahmed, CPO Mohd Rafi, Deputy Director Employment and other senior officials. This thorough exercise was carried out using advanced software to ensure complete fairness and eliminate any possibility of bias.


During the event, the DEO emphasized the importance of the randomization process in maintaining the integrity of the elections. He expressed confidence that the transparent assignment of polling staff will contribute to free, fair and credible elections in the district.


The second and final round of randomization is scheduled to take place closer to the election date, further ensuring that the electoral process remains impartial and transparent.
