September 18: PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti alleged that police stopped her while travelling to public rally in Shahadara Sharief, Rajouri.

Talking to X, She posted, “Strange to have @JmuKmrPolice prevent me from travelling to Shahadara Sharief in Rajouri where I have a public meeting tomorrow. Been stopped at Surankote where I am not being allowed to move ahead.

Forced to walk all the way to Shardasharief as our vehicles were barred from going any further. Where is the level playing field when police escorts BJP leaders in the wee hours?”
