Cleanliness Drive Held at Govt. Degree College Khaltse Campus

Khaltsi, Sept 21, 2024: As part of the Swacchta Hi Sewa Campaign, the Department of Physical Education and Sports at Govt. Degree College Khaltse organized a cleanliness drive around the college campus on September 21, 2024. College Director of Physical Education and Sports, Sonam Chosphial, addressed the students about the significance of the initiative, encouraging them to integrate cleanliness into their daily routines both at home and at their villages. He emphasized that individual efforts contribute to a larger impact on community health.

Further, Assistant Professor Stanzin Stamdin urged students to spread the message of the Swacchta Hi Sewa Campaign within their wider communities, highlighting the importance of promoting a healthy and hygienic society.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from both students and staff. In-charge Principal of the college Dr. Amjad Khan appreciated the organizers for their efforts and emphasized the responsibility each individual holds in maintaining a clean environment.
