Govt directs bureaucrats to ensure presence at Civil Secretariat in Jammu on Nov 11

JAMMU, 23 Oct: Jammu and Kashmir Government on Thursday directed bureaucrats to ensure their presence at the Civil Secretariat in Jammu starting from November 11.
