Absconder arrested by Police

Samba, October 24: In continuation to its drive against the Absconders/Criminals, Police apprehended an absconder who was wanted in a case FIR registered at Police Station Samba during the year 2022.

A Police team of PS Samba succeeded in apprehending the absconder namely Sumbinder Singh S/O Rashpal Singh R/o Bidhipur Jattan Chander Chak R.S.Pura district Jammu  wanted in case FIR No.190/2022 U/S 188 IPC 11 PCA Act  registered at PS Samba. The said accused was evading his arrest since 2022 after the commission of the crime.

Accordingly, the said absconder will be produced in the court of law and the arrest warrant u/s 512 CrPC issued against him will be executed.
