Garba Evening celebrated at KC Public School, Jammu
On the evening of October 29, the floodlit KC Sports Ground transformed into a vibrant hub of culture and community during an hour-long celebration of Garba Evening.
This lively event celebrated art and tradition and at the same time fostered key values such as gratitude, teamwork, cultural diplomacy, respect for diversity and youth empowerment. The festivities featured energetic dance performances in colorful ethnic attire and the enthusiastic participation by one and all reflected the rich tapestry of cultures that KC Public School promotes among its students. This festive gathering of students to enjoy the traditional Garba dance of Gujarat created a heart-warming atmosphere of joy and unity.
The event not only highlighted the importance of cultural diversity of India but also strengthened the bonds among students, thereby reinforcing the school’s commitment to team dynamics, cooperation and collaboration.
It was an exclusively student-led event with Students’ Council members Lavanya Chauhan and Akshita Kotwal heading the Organising Committee.
