Preparedness for SSB Examination reviewed in Kathua district

KATHUA, NOVEMBER 16: Chairperson J&K Services Selection Board, Indu Kanwal Chib today reviewed the preparedness of District Kathua for the Constable Examination here at a meeting held in DC Office, in presence of Deputy Commissioner, Rakesh Minhas, Additional Deputy Commissioner Ranjit Singh and Under Secretary JKSSB, Peunika Marwaha.


Detailed deliberations were held with District Administration regarding the necessary arrangements/security protocols sensitisation as well as training of the supervisory staff.


The Deputy Commissioner said that the preparedness for the exam is being evaluated proactively and re-affirmed full cooperation to JKSSB for smooth and successful conduct of the examinations.


The Chairperson JKSSB emphasised on taking care of the convenience of the candidates appearing in the examination, while ensuring all security parameters were in place for utmost transparency and impeccable fairness of the examination.


To achieve this, necessary instructions must be imparted to the Centre Superintendents/Invigilators, Observers and all other staff deployed for this Exam by the District Administration.


Later, the Chairperson JKSSB also visited several Examination Centres and took a detailed review of the Existing Security apparatus. She directed the concerned Heads of Institutions and other staff to be proactive and cooperate with the District Administration for successful and transparent conduct of the Examination.
