JKSSB Exam: Training imparted to Supervisory Staff at Kathua

KATHUA, NOVEMBER 21: To ensure fair, transparent and smooth conduct of upcoming OMR-based written JKSSB exam for the recruitment of Police Constables, District Administration Kathua on Thursday organised a training programme for the supervisory staff here in the Conference Hall of DC Office.
ADC Ranjit Singh chaired the training session in presence of a JKSSB member.


The training session was held to sensitize the Centre Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and Invigilator staff about the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and examination regulations.


At the outset, the Resource Person apprised attendees about their role and responsibilities for ensuring the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination process at the designated examination centres across the district. The deputed staff was informed about the SOPs for pre-exam day, Exam Day and Post Exam process.


The key aspects of the examination process were discussed in detail to ensure that the staff is well-versed about the necessary steps to maintain the integrity of the examination. The session underscored the importance of transparency and fairness throughout the examination process.


ADC Kathua Ranjit Singh highlighted the substantial deployment of Centre Observer, Magistrates, Centre Superintendent and Invigilator staff, emphasizing that all necessary arrangements have been put in place for seamless conduct of examination.


He stressed upon the trainees to strictly adhere to the SOPs for the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination.
