Career Point University, Hamirpur Visits Satish Dhawan Centre for Space Sciences, Central University of Jammu
Jammu, 29 November 2024: Career Point University, Hamirpur Students visited Satish Dhawan Centre for Space Sciences, CU Jammu along with the Faculty.
The 46 students of B.Sc. Chemistry and M.Sc. Chemistry along with the Faculty members Dr. Asha Rani, Dr. Rahul, Dr. Kuldeep Kumar visited the High end Characterization Laboratory and understood the importance of testing any material for it’s durability, safety, efficiency.
To check the toxicity, corrosion resistance, thermal stability of the material. They were also made aware about the various spectroscopy techniques and Currently running Radiosonde Launch for the Climate Studies under NRSC.
This industrial visit cum educational trip was conducted under the mentorship of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Sanjeev Jain and Convener Satish Dhawan Centre for Space Sciences, Central University of Jammu.
Dean Research Studies Prof. Deepak Pathania was also present on the occasion. The event was coordinated by Ms. Mehak Mahajan, Senior Technical Assistant, Central Instrumentation Facility, Ms. Ayesha Bandhari, Ms. Bandhna Verma and Ms. Muskaan.
