Be self-reliant to earn livelihood: Sat Sharma
The youth should focus on adopting the vision of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, to be job providers rather than job seekers. Instead of sitting idle at home and waiting for jobs, the educated, skilled youth should take initiative to be an entrepreneur and become self-reliant.
Sat Sharma (CA), president, Jammu and Kashmir BJP, said this while inaugurating a gym-7 Round Fitness N Spa, in Anuradhapuram area of Barnai falling under Jammu North district.
He was accompanied by BJP Jammu North district president Omi Khajuria, gym owner & trainer Sourav Sharma, Akhnoor district vice president Surinder Singh, senior leaders Puran Sharma and Vaishno Devi, BJYM Jourian Mandal president Neeraj Sharma, BJP activist Govind Ram, yuva activist Vijay Thappa and others.
Sat Sharma said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi envisions transforming India into a nation of job providers rather than job seekers. This goal emphasizes empowering individuals with skills, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to the economy by creating jobs rather than relying on traditional employment.
Sat Sharma said that the PM’s initiatives like Start-Up India and Stand-Up India provide financial assistance, mentorship, and policy support to budding entrepreneurs. Simplifying regulations and encouraging ease of doing business have also boosted confidence among enterprises.
“Sourav Sharma has the distinction of winning 2021 Mr. Jammu title and his achievement has become an inspiration for others to join health clubs/ gyms”, Sat said, adding that the sports attract the youth and make them health conscious, thus taking them away from the menace of drugs.
Sat Sharma, on this occasion, also appreciated Sourav Sharma’s decision to set up gym, adding that the unit will not only benefit this young entrepreneur but provide employment to five more as trainers, thus helping them to earn livelihood.
