Awareness campaign of Mission Yuva launched at Anantnag

ANANTNAG, DECEMBER 21 : The District Administration, Anantnag today inaugurated the Mission Yuva Awareness campaign- Udhyam Jagriti at Panchayat Ruhoo.

The initiative aims to foster an entrepreneurial culture at the grassroots level and empower individuals to become job providers rather than job seekers.

Speaking on the occasion, the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) emphasized that the importance of entrepreneurship lies in creating self-employment opportunities and driving economic growth.

The Assistant Director Employment gave a detailed presentation regarding Various government schemes and initiatives available to support aspiring entrepreneurs, including financial assistance, skill development training, and mentorship programs were highlighted during the programme.

The Mission Yuva awareness programme will focus on educating and inspiring youth especially women to explore entrepreneurial ventures. It will provide them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to start and grow their own businesses.
