BJP organizes “Samarpan Diwas” on death anniversary of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay

JAMMU, February 11: J&K BJP organized “Samarpan Diwas” programmes on Mandal level across the UT to mark the Balidan Diwas of party ideologue Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay.

Tarun Chugh, BJP National General Secretary & Prabhari of J&K BJP, Sat Sharma, President, J&K BJP, Anirban Ganguly, Director of Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee Research Foundation, and Ashok Koul, General Secretary (organization) addressed the main programme on “Samarpan Diwas” organized under the supervision of Abhiyaan Incharge & Additional Treasurer Prem Gupta at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

Kavinder Gupta, former Dy CM, Ch. Vikram Randhawa, MLA, Priya Sethi, BJP NEM, District President Naresh Singh Jasrotia, Mandal Presidents, and others were present on the occasion.

Tarun Chugh termed Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayay as the guide of every BJP activist. Rejecting the “2 world orders” and the existing theories of capitalism and communism, he propagated that a more humanistic approach should be adopted for the totalistic welfare of humanity. He strongly believed in Ekatma Manav Darshan and politics based on ethics. Following the ideological works of Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayay ji, Modi government has ensured the welfare of people with easy access to the quality medicines, food, housing and raised the stature of every Indian worldwide in the last 11 years.

Sat Sharma, while paying tributes to Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay ji, recounted his contributions to the society and the nation, while living a simple life and steady rise to the posts of national general secretary and National President of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh. During his short life span, Pt ji created a vision of next hundreds of years to ensure the welfare of every human being.

Anirban Ganguly said that Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayay gave the world an alternative to the existing political systems with a more humane approach with no discrimination or exploitation. It is due to the strong ideological maturity of the ideological school of Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayay that our organization did not deviate from our principles and virtues, he said.

Ashok Koul spoke in depth on the life events of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay ji and the formation of Bharatiya Janata Sangha. He said that the vision of Pandit ji was noticeably clear that the true rise of India could only be achieved through “Integral Humanism” and “Antyodaya.” He said that Pandit ji was a strong advocate of nationalism, integral humanism having core of “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah”, Antyodaya (benefit to the last person standing in the row), and great economic policy.

Prem Gupta conducted the programme proceedings.

District President Jammu South Naresh Singh presented note of thanks to all those present.

All the leaders and activists of the party participated in their respective Mandal “Samarpan Diwas” programmes.
