BJP Minority Morcha hails the conviction of Sajan Kumar

BJP Minority Morcha today welcomed the verdict given by special judge Kaveri Baweja whereby Sajjan Kumar, former Congress MP, has been convicted for the murder of Jaswant Singh and his son residing in West Delhi during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.

Ranjodh Singh Nalwa, President Minority Morcha BJP stated in a press conference held today that the wait of 40 years for justice has finally ended today with the conviction of Sajjan Kumar. He further said that it was only due to the empathy of BJP government headed by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narender Modi Ji towards Sikhs and its efforts, that after 31 years of protracted investigation aimed at helping the perpetrators of the crime, a special investigation team was constituted on 12.02.2015 by the BJP government which filed chargesheet against Sajjan Kumar. Sajjan Kumar has been convicted for offences under Section 302, 147, 148, 149, 308, 395, 397, 427, 436 and 440 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code in FIR No. 458/1991 of Police Station Saraswati Vihar.

Expressing satisfaction over the verdict of the special judge of Rouse Avenue Court, Nalwa said that Congress Party is the perpetrator of the genocide of Sikhs in the year 1984 and to rub salt on the wounds of the devastated Sikh community Sajjan Kumar who was the main person leading all rioters was made Member of Parliament by the congress party as a reward for his crime against Sikhs.

Not only this, even the witnesses of the FIR were threatened and not to allowed to depose against the accused Sajjan Kumar. It is only the Modi government which gave a sense of security to the witnesses and a faith that justice would be delivered to them.

Today, after 40 long years of wait ultimately justice has been delivered.

Nalwa said that he and all Sikhs pray that the learned Judge would set an example for the world to follow and give death penalty to Sajjan Kumar so that nobody else would dare to think that they can get away with committing such heinous crime against humanity  Sajjan  Kumar under the patronage of congress party had been living a lavish and glorious life after causing genocide of thousands of innocent Sikhs but ultimately it was the BJP Government under Prime Minister Modi who gave justice to the tormented Sikhs and the Sikhs today feel that they are no doubt the children of Mother India.
