50th International Women’s Day was celebrated at Jammu Airport

The 50th International Women’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Jammu Airport by the AAI Women’s Welfare Association (Kalyanmayee) Jammu Unit.  Women representatives from various department working at the airport such as CISF, Airlines, Health Department, Concessionaire in addition to AAI actively participated in the event. Various activities were conducted, and prizes were distributed to the winners.

The President of Kalyanmayee, Mrs. Babita Garg, addressed the gathering and applauded the significant role of women in airport operations. She emphasized the importance of International Women’s Day, which is observed globally to honor the achievements of women in various fields, advocate for gender equality, and recognize their contributions to society. The celebration served as a reminder of the continued efforts needed to empower women and create an inclusive workplace.
