Foundry Raised $80M Seed and Series A Round
California-based Foundry is a cloud provider company specializing in cloud servers for ML/AI workloads recently raised $80 million in Seed and Series A round. Sequoia Capital led the round and it is actively backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
CEO of Foundry, Jared Quincy Davis said that the raised funds will be used for company expansion and new product launches that help in accelerating growth.
Foundry is a tech company that provides custom public cloud specialized to cater to ML/AI workloads. They also provide scaleable GPUs that cater to the technical challenges faced by engineers while working in an AI environment.
Moreover, the price-performance ratio of scalable GPU is good and more affordable than other platforms. Currently, Foundry is catering to some large enterprises such as KKR and LG, MIT, and Stanford. Foundry has a partnership deed with Pear VC and Lightspeed to serve AI startups.
