Pawan Sharma condemned Orry and friends for allegedly consuming alcohol and non-veg food at a Katra hotel, demanding action

Pawan Sharma, Senior BJP leader and former state secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, has strongly condemned the alleged incident involving noted social media influencer Orhan Awatramani (Orry) and his seven friends, who were reportedly consuming alcohol and non-vegetarian items at a prominent hotel in Katra.

“This incident is highly condemnable and deserves strong action,” Sharma stated. “It’s unacceptable that individuals, especially those with a significant social media following, would engage in such behavior, which hurts the sentiments of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.”

Sharma emphasized the importance of respecting the cultural and religious sensitivities of the region. “As a responsible leader, Sharma urge the authorities to take immediate action against those responsible for this incident. We cannot let such incidents go unchecked, as they have the potential to disturb the peace and harmony of our society.”

Sharma also appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to remain vigilant and report any such incidents to the authorities. “We must work together to maintain the dignity and sanctity of religious places of our state.”

The Bharatiya Janata Party stands committed to upholding the values of our great nation and will not tolerate any behavior that goes against these values. We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that our state remains a beacon of peace, harmony, and prosperity.

Let us all remain vigilant, united and work together to build a better future for ourselves and for generations to come.”
