Supreme Court to observe two minutes’ silence to pay tribute to the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack

The Supreme Court of India observed two minutes of silence on 23rd April 2025 at 2:00 p.m. to honor those who died in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir. A siren was sounded before the silence at 1:59 p.m., and again after it ended at 2:02 p.m.  All judges, lawyers, and staff stood up and joined in the silence as a mark of respect.
