DC Leh approves 73 promotion cases of various departments.

Leh, April 26, 2025: The Deputy Commissioners/CEO, LAHDC, Leh, Santosh Sukhadeve chaired a meeting with the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) for functional/non-functional promotion and compassionate appointment under SRO-43 today on April 26 at VC Room, DC Office, Leh.

DC, Leh, Santosh Sukhadeve granted a total of 73 time bound promotions. The promotions included 30 time bound promotions in the Medical Department, 23 time bound promotions in the Rural Development Department, 16 time bound promotions in Revenue Department and one each in ICDS, Education, Youth Service & Sports. One functional promotion was also granted in ICDS department.
The Deputy Commissioner Leh urges the departmental heads to ensure better Human Resource Management in Govt Departments and directs them to submit the promotion cases on time.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Director, Employment, Leh, Delex Namgyal; Headquarter Assistant Rigzin Yangdol, Assistant Commissioner Development Leh AG Zargar and all concerned Heads of Departments.
