DC Ganderbal inspects work progress on Transit Accommodation Wandhama

GANDERBAL, March 14: To have firsthand appraisal about the work progress on Transit Accommodation Wandhama, the Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Shyambir today visited project site at Wandhama and assessed the progress of work there.

During visit, the DC was accompanied by SSP Ganderbal, Nikhil Borkar, Additional District Development Commissioner Ganderbal, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani, Executive Engineers of R&B, Jal Shakti, ACD,  Tehsildar Lar and other concerned.

During his visit to the site the DC was briefed by all the concerned officers of various departments regarding the progress of works pertaining to their departments including electrification, Water Supply and other additional works. Ex.En R&B informed that 3 bocks are already completed having 48 flats besides, 4th block will be completed within the week.

On the occasion, the DC gave necessary instructions to the concerned departments for timely completion of allied works including internal pathways, parking, drainage work, lighting and landscaping.

All line departments were directed to ensure the completion of all the formalities for the activities proposed and shall expedite the work without compromising with quality and quantity parameters so that the prestigious project gets completed on time.
