Dogri author & playwright Mohan Singh received Padma Shri from President Droupadi Murmu

NEW DELHI: Mohan Singh, from Jammu & Kashmir, is a celebrated Dogri author and playwright. He has been awarded Padma Shri in the field of Literature & Education by President Droupadi Murmu.
