AAI Jammu Hands Over Two Ambulances to SMGS Hospital under CSR Initiative
Jammu 16 April As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Civil Airport Jammu, proudly handed over two fully-equipped ambulances to SMGS Hospital, Government Medical College Jammu on 16th April 2025.

The ambulances include:
One Critical Care Ambulance (CCA) equipped with advanced life-saving equipment to handle emergency and high-dependency cases.
One Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulance, designed to provide essential pre-hospital care and patient transport.

This initiative is aimed at strengthening the emergency medical response and enhancing healthcare infrastructure in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.

The formal handing over ceremony was held in the presence of Sh. Sachin Kumar Vaishya, IAS Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, Sh. Sanjeev Kumar Garg, Airport Director, AAI, Civil Airport Jammu and Dr. Dara Singh, Medical Superintendent of SMGS Hospital, Jammu. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Sanjeev Kumar Garg, Airport Director, AAI Jammu, highlighted AAI’s continued commitment to public welfare and community support through its CSR programs.
The hospital administration expressed sincere gratitude to AAI for its valuable contribution, which will go a long way in improving patient care and emergency response services in the region.
