Abdul Ghani, hundreds join BJP from Rajouri-Poonch
Jammu August 24: In a significant show of support, Choudhary Abdul Ghani, a prominent political activist from Rajouri-Poonch, along with BDC chairpersons, Sarpanchs, Panchs and hundreds of people from the Rajouri – Poonch, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the party headquarters in Jammu.
Ravinder Raina, President of the J&K BJP, warmly welcomed Choudhary Abdul Ghani into the party fold and congratulated them on their decision to join the BJP.
Adv. Vibodh Gupta, General Secretary, J&K BJP & former MLC also welcomed the new entrant with supporters into the BJP.
Raina expressed his excitement over the increasing enthusiasm among the youth, children, and elders to join the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir. He highlighted the unwavering loyalty and patriotism of the people of Rajouri and Poonch, acknowledging their consistent support in upholding the nation’s values.
Raina stated, “The people of Rajouri and Poonch have always been loyal soldiers of the country, proudly waving the national flag. The overwhelming support we are witnessing today, with many joining the BJP, is a testament that a remarkable victory for the party is on the horizon in the upcoming elections.”
Raina added, “There was a time when the BJP had no presence in Rajouri and Poonch, but now every household and community is connected with the party. The significant participation of people is a clear indication that the days of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) and the Indian National Congress (INC) in these regions are numbered.”
On this occasion, Raina also underscored the positive impact of the BJP’s development-oriented policies in Jammu and Kashmir. He noted that influential individuals from various fields and regions join the BJP daily, placing their trust in the Modi government’s policies.
“The growing support for the BJP reflects the people’s confidence in our development agenda and our commitment to serving the nation,” he said.
