Actor Aaman Devgan reveals how Ajay Devgn was instrumental in his decision to be an actor
Aaman Devgan has been receiving a lot of admiration and love for his grand debut with Azaad releasing in theatres this friday, 17th January 2025. The young actor will be seen portraying the character of a simple village lad named Govind and his eternal friendship with his horse Azaad.
Aaman has been in a choc-o- bloc schedule currently promoting his movie and also his next movie titled Jhalak has been announced. During his interactions with the media Aaman made some interesting revelations. He spoke about how at a tender age of 15 he came to know the world of cinema and he decided to be an actor.
Aaman said,” I was very young when I saw Bhagat singh and one day over lunch I asked him (Ajay Devgn) where is your costume and that’s when he (Ajay Devgn) told me that this is acting and I dress up for roles and thats when I got to know about this world and I decided I want to be an actor.” He also added,” I was just 15 years old when I had this interaction and it drove me to decide that I want to be an actor.”
Aaman Devgan has undergone intensive training for Azaad from horse riding to spending quality time with the horse to build a bond with him. From eating, sleeping and cleaning his stools Aaman has done it all to bring their beautiful friendship alive on the screen.
Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor, Azaad promises to be an emotional tale about the unbreakable bond between humans and animals. The film explores a powerful journey of love, loyalty, and courage and is set to hit cinemas on 17th January 2025.
