ADC Anantnag reviews arrangements for youth festival

ANANTNAG, April 27. Additional deputy Commissioner Anantnag Dr SM Ashraf today reviewed the arrangements put in place  for the youth convention to be held in Anantnag.    

ADC informed the meeting that the government is very much keen for the financial upliftment of the youths and proper channelisation of the youth power. He directed the heads of the line departments to present a brief presentation of the schemes especially meant for employment generation and share the success stories of the entrepreneurs , in the youth festival.

The line departments were further directed for installation of their stalls displaying their area of service and schemes.

The sectoral officers while presenting their plan of action assured the chair that no stone will be left unturned in counselling and awareness to youths regarding employment scheme’s besides arrangements and disposal of cases.

ADC said that youth clubs must participate in the said convention and youths will be given the chance to meet with the successful unit holders,icons who will share their success stories with them and will guide them morally as well as technically.

  ADC in the meeting said that the Administration wishes that every youth should enjoy a dignified and prosperous life and should have a good economic future. The meeting was attended by the GM DIC, ACD, ACR, CAO, CHO, CAHO, CEO, Dy director employment, deputy director Fisheries, DSHO, And handicrafts, BDOs AD employment, District coordinator NRLM and other officers of the line departments.
